A number of methods may be adopted to suit each particular Client's needs, listed below are those most frequently used options. The Consultant and the Client
will determine the most appropriate and this will be dependent on specific needs.
- Advertised Search
- Adept
can conduct an advertised search in the appropriate media on behalf of the
Client, which is especially useful when it is preferred to remain anonymous for the purpose of
attracting candidates that would not otherwise apply. For example, those people currently employed by
direct competitors, or for business reasons the Client does not want other organisations or
competitors to know what their future plans are. The advertisement will be written in such a way as to attract only
candidates that meet the required specification, therefore eliminating unnecessary time
wasting.

- Search & Selection
- This can be a cost-effective method of recruitment when
a Client has a specific need. Suitable candidates are approached and invited to present
themselves for consideration, (once they have proved eligible by our consultant), which means
that no advertising budget is necessary.

- Management of Agencies
- Where an organisation is growing rapidly and using a
number of Recruitment Agencies in order to achieve their Human Resource future
requirements, Adept
can manage those agencies on the Client's behalf by providing a service that
takes out the time-consuming element of the process and allow key personnel to concentrate
on other important issues within the organisation.

- Direct Headhunt
- When a Client knows of prospective candidates that they
would like to invite to join their organisation, it is appropriate to use a third party to
conduct this direct approach. We can negotiate with them on their behalf and make all the
necessary arrangements to ensure objectives are achieved .
Fees
Our fees are fixed and spread over three stages. The first
instalment is due when the Client signs the agreement outlining the service provision. The middle
stage payment is due when a minimum of three short-listed candidates are provided that meet the
agreed specification and the final payment is due when a candidate is offered employment and
subsequently accepts.
