Judy Carroll - Biography Some 20 years in the financial services industry coupled with extensive knowledge of the public sector gives Judy a broad experience of dealing with a multitude of business opportunities and dilemmas at all levels of organisations. Having experienced the roller coaster ride of City based financial services a move to the public sector brings the full spectrum of employer and employee needs. A M.Sc. in Management Development equips Judy to deliver creative and innovative solutions in change management and staff development issues. A unique and research based approach to identifying highly effective management skills has been honed and tested in both environments with great success. The ability to retain clear-sighted objectivity and bring practical and tailored solutions to individual company issues within tight time scales is an added bonus |
