Individual's will be assessed during an initial exploratory meeting, to determine their specific needs. A plan will then be agreed and may include all or some of the following:

Where an individual finds it difficult to cope with the prospect of finding an alternative employer, dealing with day to day tasks or even simple communication with those people surrounding them, our consultant/trainer can provide constructive, practical guidance and support to help them cope with their immediate and longer-term needs. Our consultants can provide expert advice on future prospects, further training and education to aid the individual in their choice of career path. Whether its a similar role in another organisation or something quite different, we can advise on the best course of action in order to achieve determined goals and objectives.
 
CV Compilation
The CV is an extremely effective marketing tool, which can enable the individual to 'get their foot through the door'. This is the first important step towards being offered new employment. Our consultant will produce a CV that will highlight and enhance the key skills and attributes of the individual in a professional, eye-catching document.
 
Psychometric Profiles
Very often people would like to change their career and take off in a new direction, but do not always know what is available to them or how best to apply their current skills, knowledge and experience. We can conduct psychometric testing that will uncover personality traits, abilities, key strengths and also areas for development, to enable the individual to have a clearer understanding of how to progress with their future plans.
 
Job Search & Interview Training
We provide constructive advice and support materials to enable the individual to find suitable, alternative employment within the shortest possible time.
