Capabilities
Individual's will be assessed during an initial exploratory meeting, to
determine their specific needs. A plan will then be agreed and may include all or some of the

of finding an alternative employer, dealing with day to day tasks or even simple
communication with those people surrounding them, our consultant/trainer can provide
constructive, practical guidance and support to help them cope with their immediate and

provide a programme that is tailored to each individual.
