Adept
consultants will be made available at the time of consultation and resulting redundancy
notice
or agreed outplacement package
|

For
redundancy, where
only one or two individuals are concerned, it is recommended that notice is given off-site to
reduce the stressfulness of the situation for the individual
|
|
Sensitivity
and confidentiality of the situation will be considered and respected at all times by the
representative of Adept
|
|
Adept
will conduct an initial exploratory meeting with the individuals concerned to determine specific
needs
|
|
Where
required, individuals may receive stress management, career counselling, training on interview
preparation and technique, a personal CV, psychometric testing and job seeking coaching and
mentoring
|
|
Each
individual will receive their own personal action plan encompassing some or all of the details
of the points mentioned above |
|
All
materials required in support of the individuals employment search will be supplied by Adept,
these may include stationery, folders, papers/journals advertising vacancies, etc.
|
|
Each
individual will be assigned their own personal Consultant for the duration of their outplacement
package |
|
The
Consultant will be available for face-to-face meetings by appointment and also on an ad hoc
basis via telephone wherever possible
|
|
Where
the Consultant is unable to attend an appointment, Adept
reserves the right to allocate an alternative Consultant, however, we will endeavour to ensure
that the individuals needs are met at all times
|
|
Where
required, written reports and/or verbal feedback may be given to the client detailing the
individuals progress at any stage throughout the outplacement service
|
