A
proposed schedule of events will be generated, this will include interview and media planning,
when the order has been confirmed |

Where
appropriate, Adept will write the person
specification and job description and obtain the Clients approval
|

Prospective
candidates may be sourced through a search of the current database, networking and known
contacts
|
|
Adept
will
write the text for any advertisements on behalf of the Client, and when the Client's approval is
received, the text will be forwarded to our Media Agent for layout design |
|
Adept
will
approve the advertising artwork and manage all media up to the date of issue |
|
The
appropriate media will then be recommended and booked on the Client’s behalf
|
|
Adept
will
handle all communications between the Client and any interested parties |
|
Letters
of acknowledgement will be sent to all applicant’s upon receipt of a CV, any candidates or
other interested parties who enquire directly to the Client must be re-directed to Adept
as part of the agreement
|
|
Applicants
who seem appropriate for the role will be telephoned and invited to attend an interview |
|
Those
candidates that have not been invited for interview will receive a letter of regret |
|
Screening
interviews will be held, where possible, at neutral venues throughout the region.
|
|
Following
first interviews, unsuccessful candidates will receive a letter of regret. (Each will be given
the opportunity to receive verbal feedback)
|
|
Copies
of CV’s for short-listed candidates will be forwarded to the Client
|
|
Adept
will
provide a verbal brief to the Client on each candidate where required |
|
Successful
candidates will be invited to second interviews where the Client’s representatives can meet
and interview candidates; this would be at a venue to be agreed with the Client.
Our Consultant will attend such interviews and will be available for immediate
feedback and analysis
|
|
Following
the second interview, short-listed candidates will be notified of any further interviews |
|
Third
interviews will take place if required and candidates will be escorted by the Adept
Consultant
|
|
The
successful candidate will be notified and invited to join the organisation
|
|
Once
the successful applicant has accepted the position, unsuccessful candidates will receive a
letter of regret
|
|
The
successful candidate will receive terms and conditions of employment and a starting date will be
agreed with the client
|
|
Throughout
the project, Adept will provide the client
with regular updates and feedback
|
|
All
candidate correspondence and CV’s may be forwarded to the customer if required
|
|
Where
more than one candidate is deemed suitable fro the role, we recommend psychometric testing
(optional). This can be
provided at an additional charge of £295 + VAT per candidate
