A proposed schedule of events will be generated, this will include interview and media planning, when the order has been confirmed

Where appropriate, Adept will write the person specification and job description and obtain the Clients approval

bullet

Prospective candidates may be sourced through a search of the current database, networking and known contacts

bullet

Adept will write the text for any advertisements on behalf of the Client, and when the Client's approval is received, the text will be forwarded to our Media Agent for layout design

Adept will approve the advertising artwork and manage all media up to the date of issue

bullet

The appropriate media will then be recommended and booked on the Client’s behalf

bullet

Adept will handle all communications between the Client and any interested parties

bullet

Letters of acknowledgement will be sent to all applicant’s upon receipt of a CV, any candidates or other interested parties who enquire directly to the Client must be re-directed to Adept as part of the agreement

Applicants who seem appropriate for the role will be telephoned and invited to attend an interview

bullet

Those candidates that have not been invited for interview will receive a letter of regret

bullet

Screening interviews will be held, where possible, at neutral venues throughout the region.

Following first interviews, unsuccessful candidates will receive a letter of regret. (Each will be given the opportunity to receive verbal feedback)

Copies of CV’s for short-listed candidates will be forwarded to the Client

bullet

Adept will provide a verbal brief to the Client on each candidate where required

bullet

Successful candidates will be invited to second interviews where the Client’s representatives can meet and interview candidates; this would be at a venue to be agreed with the Client.  Our Consultant will attend such interviews and will be available for immediate feedback and analysis

Following the second interview, short-listed candidates will be notified of any further interviews

bullet

Third interviews will take place if required and candidates will be escorted by the Adept Consultant

bullet

The successful candidate will be notified and invited to join the organisation

bullet

Once the successful applicant has accepted the position, unsuccessful candidates will receive a letter of regret

bullet

The successful candidate will receive terms and conditions of employment and a starting date will be agreed with the client

bullet

Throughout the project, Adept will provide the client with regular updates and feedback

bullet

All candidate correspondence and CV’s may be forwarded to the customer if required

bullet

Where more than one candidate is deemed suitable fro the role, we recommend psychometric testing (optional).  This can be provided at an additional charge of £295 + VAT per candidate

 

Management of Media

Adept will recommend advertising in appropriate media. A separate budget for this is necessary and Adept will advise the amount required

Adept will review and approve the advertisement layout in consultation with the Client  

bullet

Adept recognises that the client may wish to be anonymous for the purposes of advertising the role, therefore the organisation’s details can be excluded from advertising and will only be disclosed to candidates prior to the time of interview

Adept contact details will be featured on the advertisement.  The logo, address, e-mail address, website, telephone and fax numbers will be displayed at the end of the advertisement
